HCHA News Update
Keep Up-To-Date With Our Free RSS News Feed
What is RSS?
News feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can get the
latest information as soon as its published, without having to visit the websites
you have taken the feed from.
Feeds are known as RSS, which stands for 'Really Simple Syndication'. In essence,
the feeds themselves are just web pages, designed to be read by computers rather
than people. In the 'old days' of the web, to keep track of updates on a website
you had to 'bookmark' websites in your browser and manually return to them on a
regular basis to see what had been added. With RSS, the web browser or RSS Reader,
checks your selected websites for updates and automatically informs you. For more
information on how to receive RSS feeds, click How RSS Works

Richards Close Development
Richards Close scheme is due to close at the end of December 2008 and will be handed
over to the developers early 2009. The new scheme, due to open in 2010, will be
designed to provide additional support for tenants that cannot be provided by the
current design. In addition, the new building will be of a greener design, exceeding
environmental requirements.
Maintenance Team Increased
As from 2009, HCHA will increase its Maintenance Team staff in order to provide
a faster response for tenants. All new staff will undergo an intensive three-month
training programme, ensuring they can deliver quality maintenance at all our schemes
and properties.
